Recent arbitrations include a breach of license agreement dispute between an Italian fashion company and a large multinational in Europe (ICC Court of International Arbitration), a breach of purchase order dispute between a manufacturer of conveyor drive motors and a large automobile manufacturer in Detroit (CPR--International Institute for Conflict Prevention and Resolution), a dispute regarding issues under a Release and Settlement Agreement pertaining to an underlying distribution and reseller agreement, including lost business opportunities and lost profits (CPR), a dispute concerning issues of arbitrability under a CEO's employment agreement (AAA International), a claim under a pipeline construction contract (AAA International), a dispute regarding an Exclusive Agency and Representation Agreement (AAA), a claim under a supply contract for rare coins (AAA), a claim under an agreement for stock ownership (AAA), and a dispute concerning an real estate sales contract for a large residential development (AAA).
