Cases:

Recent awards as an arbitrator include a claim to terminate an $8.5 billion world wide outsourcing contract for telecommunications services with damages in excess of $25 million, a dispute between an Ivy League University and a contractor over the reconstruction of a college building, two different multi-million dollar disputes between major franchisors and the owners of multiple franchises over the terms of their agreements, a $20 million dispute over reinsurance coverage between two carriers, disputes arising out of the spin-off of a major subsidiary of a diversified international healthcare company, and claims over the amendment and termination of a contract for long distance telephone service to a wireless carrier.
